To anyone still reading and attempting to keep up with me here on DeviantART: I have a question.

I've got quite a few paintings I'd like to post but the problem is all of them are too big for my scanner. I don't have the best camera to take pictures of them (most of the best shots I've got on my iPhone and they aren't that great). My question is, how do I get a good picture of a painting? Something good enough to post so as much detail can be seen as possible. Anyone have experience getting a good picture of oils on canvas?

I'd be forever grateful if anyone has any advice or pointers!
